Composite Adjuster
Composite Adjuster makes it easy to adjust the brightness, contrast and colours of an ImageJ multichannel image.
For each channel in multi channel image Composite Adjuster provides:
The channel histogram.
A slider with controls to adjust the dark and bright levels (effectively brightness and contrast for that channel)
A picker to choose a colour ramp for that channel.
A settings button for assigning new colours to the colour ramp, the renaming the image channel.
The Mode menu allows you to switch between displaying the image in either Composite, Colour or Greyscale modes.
The Operations menu contains:
Make Composite - Convert the active image into a Composite image.
Copy Settings - Copy the current colour and level settings from the active image.
Paste Settings - Paste the copied colour and level settings into the active image.
Refresh - Update the palette if for any reason it has not updated automatically.
Note: When copying and pasting settings, the histogram levels are copies and pasted as percentage of the channels total pixel count. This means if you have two image of similar content but say the second images is taken with different exposure values copy and pasting the settings should result in the images looking similar.
